1. Timeliness guarantee of quality fault handling
If the Xingyu goods you purchased fail during the warranty period, the Xingyu After-sales Service Department will start counting after receiving the failed goods and confirming that they are quality failures (subject to the relevant laws and regulations such as the National Three Guarantees Law).
